Product Manager, Digital

About the role

The rapid growth of semiconductor markets creates new challenges and opportunities for manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. As a Product Manager, Digital you will act as the interface between Global Operations teams, driving digital product initiatives that align supply and demand, and work at the intersection of software development, AI/ML, and operations strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision to improve manufacturing and supply‑chain agility and support strategic decisions.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and align them with stakeholder teams.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, communicating timelines and progress to cross‑functional groups.
• Develop investment cases to secure funding for product initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical and workflow solutions, managing requirements, algorithm/software development, testing and pilot phases.
• Manage internal and external partnerships related to technology, strategy and operations.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, supply‑chain management or equivalent; Master’s or MBA a plus.
• Strong critical‑thinking and communication skills within a cross‑functional environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to drive progress without close supervision.
