Product Manager, Connect

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help bring one of Clair’s next products to life. The product is currently in a successful private beta and is being expanded, giving you the chance to shape it from concept to real‑world experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and define opportunities for new Clair products and experiences, often before the problem or solution is fully understood.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to move quickly from concept to experiment to product.
• Build, test, learn, and iterate quickly, deciding when to invest further or fail fast.
• Balance user experience with partner priorities, business requirements, and regulatory constraints.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably building new products or features from the ground up.
• Experience in consumer fintech, neobanking, or other regulated financial services is preferred.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating clarity without a fully defined roadmap.
• Strong product instincts, data fluency, and ability to make decisions with imperfect information.

What we offer

• Hybrid work model in New York City (three days onsite per week).
• Annual base salary of $180,000, plus equity, benefits, and additional perks.
