Product Manager – Beneficial Deployments (Labs)

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Product Manager to lead its Beneficial Deployments effort within Anthropic Labs. You will own moonshot product bets that aim to bring frontier AI to underserved populations and run programs that place Claude in the hands of mission‑driven organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging AI capabilities that can transform outcomes for underserved groups.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate breakthroughs into user‑focused concepts.
• Build and test prototypes yourself before allocating larger resources.
• Lead end‑to‑end 0‑to‑1 product development from research to shipped solutions.
• Define strategy, roadmap, and MVPs for experimental initiatives.
• Design and operate programs that give nonprofits, public agencies, and other mission‑driven entities access to Claude.
• Remove barriers that prevent these organizations from successfully deploying Claude.

Required profile

• Experience shipping products at a large technology company and coordinating with engineering, legal, policy, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Deep technical background with a track record of delivering technical products.
• Proven history of products or programs that reached a large user or organization base.
• Background in founding a venture, working in a civic or beneficial organization, and defining new AI‑enabled product categories.
