Product Manager – All Levels

About the role

CodeRabbit is building the control layer for AI‑generated software changes. As a Product Manager you will shape how millions of developers experience AI‑powered code review across IDEs, Git platforms, the CLI and the web. You will work closely with developers, AI models and engineering teams to turn emerging capabilities into trusted, everyday products.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product problems: drive discovery, definition and delivery from customer interviews and data analysis through specs, launch and iteration.
• Stay close to developers and engineering leaders, run feedback loops with large customers and translate insights into product decisions.
• Understand frontier AI models, anticipate upcoming capabilities and design products that leverage them.
• Prototype ideas with AI tools to validate concepts before committing engineering resources.
• Ship quickly, define success metrics, and let adoption and retention guide product improvements.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and market fit.

Required profile

• Sharp product judgment: form clear viewpoints from data and conversations, and pivot when evidence changes.
• Bias for shipping: prefer getting something in front of users quickly over perfecting it for months.
• AI‑native work style: daily use of AI tools for prototyping, analysis and writing, with informed opinions on their limits.
• Technical depth: comfortable reading pull requests, discussing model behavior, and collaborating deeply with engineers.
• Strong communication: write clearly, simplify complexity and influence without formal authority.
• Thrives in ambiguity: view undefined AI product surfaces as opportunities rather than obstacles.
