Product Manager, Agent Development – Financial Services

About the role

As a Product Manager for Agent Development, you will lead the creation of enterprise‑grade AI agents that serve thousands of customer conversations daily for leading financial institutions. You will partner closely with engineers and customers to shape AI‑driven experiences that handle sensitive moments such as mortgage pre‑approvals, fraud alerts, and card replacements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship enterprise‑grade AI agents in collaboration with engineering and customers.
• Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, demo solutions, and address technical challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor, driving strategic technical strategies for financial services clients.
• Shape the product roadmap by scoping and implementing new features essential to customer success.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of product development experience on highly technical products.
• Prior product management experience at senior level, preferably in financial services (banking, fintech, lending, payments, insurance, mortgages, wealth management).
• Proven track record taking ambiguous problems to launch and scale.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data flows, system architecture, AI integrations and failure modes.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and communicating with both executives and technical teams.
• Builder mindset with hands‑on prototyping and investigation.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; MBA or AI‑related experience a plus.
