Product Management Intern – Government Solutions

About the role

We welcome students interested in exploring a career in Product Management. As a Product Management Intern you will collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts across the VitalChek, Public Safety, and Civilian markets to support innovation and deliver solutions for government agencies and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to uncover insights and demonstrate the value of VitalChek, Public Safety, and Civilian market solutions.
• Document and standardize processes used to evaluate product performance and impact.
• Interview Subject Matter Experts, synthesize findings, and produce best‑practice documentation and recommendations.
• Organize product documentation, reference materials, and supporting resources to ensure operational clarity and compliance.
• Create accessible training and enablement materials that communicate product value to government clients.
• Participate in go‑to‑market activities, including developing product collateral, presentations, and documentation.
• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to support research, workflow automation, and product‑management activities.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, information technology, marketing, math, statistics, or a related field, with graduation expected May 2028.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, presentation, storytelling, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in product management, technology, customer experience, and innovation.
