Product Line Manager – CMP Service Business

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Line Management professional to lead obsolescence management, product life‑cycle management (PLCM) and Product Change Management (PCM) for the CMP Service Business Unit. This role is critical to sustaining product availability, extending tool lifetime and driving revenue growth through structured Tool Lifetime Management programs.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end Product Change Management (PCM) for assigned CMP platforms, including ECO approval, PCN implementation and configuration control.
- Develop and execute an obsolescence strategy, monitor part risk, define replacement and last‑time‑buy plans, and partner with supply‑chain teams.
- Lead Tool Lifetime Management initiatives to extend installed‑base life, identify upgrade opportunities and implement cost‑reduction roadmaps.
- Ensure configuration, BOM and data accuracy through review meetings and data‑driven analysis.
- Coordinate cross‑functional programs, align product strategy, pricing and spare‑part roadmaps, and support business continuity planning.
Required profile
- Direct experience with CMP tools, subsystems or service environments and a strong understanding of semiconductor equipment life‑cycle.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs from concept to execution with solid business judgment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess obsolescence risk, lifecycle trends and revenue opportunities using BOM and supply‑chain data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 7 years of semiconductor equipment experience.
