Product Lead (Growth)

About the role

Collective is building an AI‑enabled financial back‑office for solopreneurs and is looking for an entrepreneurial Product Lead to own growth. You will set vision, strategy and roadmap across onboarding, activation, conversion, referral and sales‑assisted experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Growth & Monetization.
• Drive member value realization to boost activation, retention, referrals and revenue.
• Design and launch product‑led growth experiences such as referrals, multi‑user features and community tools.
• Partner with VP of Sales & Marketing to run funnel‑optimization experiments.
• Lead a cross‑functional team to ship innovative experiences quickly.
• Prioritize high‑leverage opportunities balancing long‑term growth with immediate business needs.
• Manage roadmap, processes and trade‑offs to improve execution quality and velocity.
• Define metrics and frameworks to measure impact and monitor core growth drivers.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of product management experience delivering successful products.
• Deep expertise in growth product development, including conversion, referral programs and customer‑led growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience designing A/B tests and data‑driven decision making.
• Owner‑mindset, bias toward action and ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.
• Commitment to simplicity, elegance and high quality in product solutions.
