Product Lead (AI Operations Platform)

About the role

Console is building AI agents that automate enterprise operations across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops. As a Product Lead, you will drive the vision and execution of product areas that form the core of our autonomous operations platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from strategy through launch.
• Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics, turning insights into product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high‑quality features at speed.
• Address complex product challenges that span AI, user experience, and business models.
• Help shape product culture and processes within a fast‑moving AI‑first environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience launching and scaling technical products, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical background with a track record of working closely with engineering teams.
• Curious, growth‑mindset oriented, and comfortable navigating rapid change in AI.
• Excellent judgment on software design and detail‑orientation.
• Natural leader who earns trust across engineering, design, customers, and leadership.
