Product Implementation Specialist

About the role

As a Product Implementation Specialist at Scribe, you will be responsible for the technical setup that enterprise deals rely on. You will configure customers during trials or proofs of concept, connect Scribe to their existing systems, and ensure successful progression of POC engagements. The role involves close collaboration with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers and frequent interaction with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proofs of concept quickly, handling user provisioning, workspace configuration, and end‑to‑end integration setup.
• Troubleshoot configuration errors versus product or access issues and coordinate escalations for rapid resolution.
• Conduct technical portions of customer calls, including admin walkthroughs and end‑user onboarding sessions.
• Create and maintain configuration guides, troubleshooting runbooks, and documented processes for reuse by the go‑to‑market team.
• Provide product feedback on setup friction and collaborate with the product team on early access features and platform improvements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role at a SaaS company (pre‑sales, implementation, support, or solutions).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical business stakeholders.
• Comfort working in an environment with limited documented processes while helping to build them.
• Proactive ownership of active deals and initiative to advance them.
