Product Engineer

About the role

Console is building AI agents that automate enterprise operations. As a Product Engineer you will work at the intersection of AI agents and the product, turning agent capabilities into usable workflows that power internal operations for customers such as Databricks, Figma, and Cursor.

Key responsibilities

• Design workflow primitives and capabilities that define how work is created, tracked, and completed.
• Build AI‑powered product flows, ensuring outputs are usable, predictable, and reliable.
• Define user interactions with workflows from initiation to completion.
• Create feedback loops so workflows improve from real usage.
• Handle messy, real‑world inputs and maintain consistent system behavior.
• Expand the platform with new workflows, integrations, and ways to get work done.
• Turn ambiguous ideas into shipped features in collaboration with product and leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑time experience in a product‑focused software engineering role.
• Comfort working across the stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React).
• Strong product instincts and focus on user impact.
• Ability to turn vague concepts into concrete, shipped features.
• Bias toward rapid iteration and ownership.
