Product Director - Crossix Audiences

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Director to lead the Crossix Audiences team in New York. The role focuses on driving product innovation for audience segmentation, enabling life‑science companies to improve DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for Crossix Audience features, collaborating with platform, data, and activation partners.
• Partner with internal data science and engineering teams to develop the next generation of the audience platform.
• Manage relationships and roadmap for audience innovations across the ad‑tech and media ecosystem.
• Develop new audience segments to unlock additional market revenue opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience delivering advertising‑related solutions.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs to cross‑functional engineering, data, and analytics teams.
• Strong prioritization skills balancing speed to market, product quality, and new ideation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Demonstrated success creating product and project roadmaps and working with engineering and data science partners.
