Product Development Coordinator

About the role

Milani Cosmetics is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support its Product Development team. You will play a key role in managing product samples, coordinating testing, and ensuring accurate documentation across cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and track all product samples, including shipments, benchmarks, and competitive references.
• Assist with shade evaluation, production batch reviews, and communication of feedback to quality and contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate internal and external product testing, route samples, and compile feedback for the PD team.
• Maintain digital project files, input product data across systems, and capture meeting notes and action items.
• Support weekly PD meetings, track deliverables, and contribute to competitive analysis and trend research.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in product development or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Monday.com for sample tracking and project management.
