Product Designer – Technology Solutions

About the role

The role focuses on designing technology solutions for the municipality’s finance and web services. You will work closely with business analysts, product managers and development teams to deliver high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full product design cycle from discovery through developer hand‑off and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with BAs, product managers and tech teams to maintain design quality and ensure specifications are accurately translated into code.
• Estimate design tickets during planning sessions and contribute to sketching workshops with non‑designers.
• Create, iterate and maintain UI deliverables such as sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Drive data‑led design decisions by identifying assumptions, planning usability tests and working with analysts each sprint.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Proven experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
