Product Designer – Tech Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Tech Solutions team in Yonkers. You will shape the user experience from discovery through development hand‑off and ensure designs meet product goals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in every stage of the product design cycle, including discovery, prototyping, developer hand‑off and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers and engineering teams to maintain design quality and translate specifications into code.
• Estimate design tickets during sprint planning and contribute to sketching sessions with non‑designers.
• Create and maintain UI deliverables such as Sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Drive data‑led design decisions by defining assumptions, planning usability tests and working with analysts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Proven experience with Sketch and either InVision or Framer X.
• Background working in an agile two‑week sprint environment.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
