Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for shaping the user experience from discovery through development hand‑off and testing, collaborating closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in every stage of the product design cycle, from research and discovery to developer hand‑off and user acceptance testing.
• Work with BAs, product managers and tech teams to maintain design quality and ensure designs are accurately translated into code.
• Estimate design tickets during planning sessions and contribute to sketching workshops with non‑designers.
• Create, iterate and maintain UI deliverables such as Sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Drive data‑led design decisions by identifying assumptions, planning usability tests and collaborating with analysts each sprint.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sketch, InVision or Framer X.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
