Product Designer

About the role

This isn’t a typical product design role. Some days you’ll craft an interface, other days you’ll untangle a workflow, shape a policy, or write clear documentation. You’ll work across APIs, customer‑facing flows, and internal tools, turning complex behind‑the‑scenes systems into simple, human‑centered experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design a system of reusable components and flows for web and mobile that customers can embed in their own products.
• Turn interactions with customers into product assets: documentation, communication, onboarding tools, and support resources.
• Partner with Sales to create prototypes and demos that make new ideas tangible.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve the developer experience through integration guides, reference examples, and a comprehensive playbook.
• Embed within Support, Compliance, Fraud, Disputes, and Ops to design touchpoints, communications, processes, and internal tools as a unified system.

Required profile

• Strong product reasoning – know when to provide flexibility and when to enforce clear behavior.
• Clear writing and storytelling – simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Rapid learning – dive deep into new domains and make informed decisions quickly.
• Technical curiosity – care about the developer experience and underlying concepts.
• Exceptional visual craft – set high visual standards that guide others.
• Hunger to shape the future – use AI tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) to invent new design workflows.

• Annual salary range $175,000–$275,000 plus equity and benefits.
