Product Designer

About the role

Rox is building an AI‑native revenue operating system that transforms sales teams into top performers. As a Product Designer you will join a small, multicultural design team shaping a brand‑new product category, balancing design aesthetics with product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship features using the existing component library in Figma.
• Create interactive prototypes, leveraging LLMs to illustrate behavior and edge cases.
• Research competitor products to uncover patterns and gaps for innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leads to scope, refine, and defend design decisions.
• Identify low‑hanging UX improvements and own their implementation.
• Contribute to platform‑level discussions and propose new components as the system evolves.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense for layout, color, typography, and motion.
• Ability to own features end‑to‑end, from research through delivery.
• Product‑thinking mindset, comfortable mapping competitors and building quick prototypes.
• Effective communication skills to articulate design rationale to cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience building prototypes with LLMs or similar AI tools.
