Product Designer, Growth

About the role

Join Claylabs as a senior growth designer leading the new growth pod. You will translate growth hypotheses into experiments and turn successful experiments into reusable product experiences that scale across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Ship growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention, from quick A/B tests to larger feature bets.
• Drive evidence‑informed prioritisation by synthesising funnel data, experiment results, research and interviews.
• Align stakeholders across product, engineering and design, influencing roadmap direction and communicating trade‑offs.
• Build flexible, reusable design patterns (onboarding carousels, contextual tooltips, empty states, upgrade prompts) that enable rapid experimentation.
• Consult other teams on high‑leverage growth moments, providing frameworks, patterns and design guidance.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of design experience, with a track record at staff level or above.
• Proven experience shipping growth experiments in a product‑led growth context.
• Strong evidence‑informed decision making using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to influence without authority, mentor designers and build alignment across teams.
• Clear design process, excellent communication and pixel‑perfect craft.

Required skills

• Designing modular, configurable UI components such as onboarding flows, carousels, empty states and upgrade prompts.
• Conducting and synthesising A/B test results, funnel analytics and user research.
• Creating high‑fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes.
