Product Designer (Enterprise CPQ Platform)

About the role

Roadrunner is building a next‑generation CPQ platform (PQA) for enterprise pricing. As a Product Designer you will shape the visual language, interaction patterns, and overall feel of a complex B2B SaaS product used by sales teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual tone of the product, ensuring every interaction feels intentional.
• Translate complex pricing workflows and dense data into simple, usable UI without hiding necessary complexity.
• Collaborate closely with engineers on dedicated workstreams, making design decisions in real time.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to create AI‑native workflows and accelerate iteration.
• Build and evolve a robust design system that enables consistent, high‑speed delivery across the team.

Required profile

• Systems‑thinking mindset with a focus on reusable patterns rather than one‑offs.
• High autonomy and a builder’s attitude; able to identify design needs and execute them.
• Experience designing with AI tools to maintain speed and quality.
• Clear, direct communication with engineers and founders, able to explain design rationale.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco or relocate.
