Product Analyst

About the role

Blossom is seeking a detail‑oriented Product Analyst to support several Product Owners across its credit‑union technology portfolio. This is an entry‑level, highly operational role that offers fast learning, real data exposure, and direct involvement in product development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to multiple Product Owners.
• Create, organize, and maintain product documentation and release notes.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics that inform product decisions.
• Track roadmap progress, gather inputs, and assist with release preparation.
• Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and mystery‑shopper research.
• Document findings and present actionable insights.
• Support AI‑driven automation for user‑story generation, release notes, reporting, and documentation processes.
• Propose process improvements, automation ideas, and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Software Development, or related fields.
• Conversational English (B1+).
• Strong interest in product management and product thinking.
