About the role

Cargill is seeking a General Production associate for its protein and salt business in Friona, Texas. The role involves hands‑on work in a beef processing environment, ensuring safe, high‑quality food products for a wide range of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Trim meat to remove fat, skin, defects or contamination.
• Support beef processing operations using knives and other tools.
• Weigh, label, bag, pack and box finished products.
• Maintain food safety and product quality standards.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum six months of verified experience in food‑plant or meat‑processing operations.
