ProCore Administrator

About the role

Join the Discovery family at Silo Ridge Field Club in Amenia, New York. The ProCore Administrator will support the Construction and Development Department by managing the Procore construction platform and ensuring data integrity across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementation, management, and customization of Procore software and workflows.
• Develop, deliver, and improve training programs and onboarding for staff.
• Perform monthly project reviews to clean data and maintain data quality.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and prepare PowerPoint reports for various committees.
• Prepare and submit permit packages, contracts, and proposals using DocuSign.
• Coordinate onboarding and project close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• ProCore certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Procore construction management platform.
• Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Project, Visio.
• DocuSign for contract processing.
