Process Engineer – New College Graduate (Santa Clara, CA)

About the role

As a Process Engineer, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collecting data, performing hardware characterization, and troubleshooting engineering issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on moderately difficult process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on moderately difficult systems.
• Troubleshoot manageable problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve process engineering issues.
• Measure film properties, organize data, and prepare reports for review.
• Generate internal documentation, presentations, and technical reports for products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BS/MS degree preferred).
• 2–4 years of related experience.
