Process Engineer – New College Grad (Winter 2026)

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced display and semiconductor technologies. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, performing hardware characterization, measuring film properties, and troubleshooting engineering issues to support customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data, analyze results, and compile reports on basic process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on basic systems and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve process engineering issues.
• Generate internal documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Communicate with customers to address process concerns under supervision.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and analytical instrumentation.

Required profile

• MS or Doctorate degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Availability to start full‑time between October 2026 and January 2027.
• Preferred experience in semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Experience with semiconductor processes such as CVD, ALD, PVD, etch, or epitaxy and material characterization techniques (FTIR, XPS, XRD).
