Process Engineer IV – Advanced Semiconductor & Display

About the role

As a Process Engineer IV you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for cutting‑edge display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot complex engineering issues while collaborating with global R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Utilize advanced techniques and new technologies to characterize hardware and perform high‑volume hardware characterization.
• Generate internal and external documentation, technical reports, presentations, and process engineering specifications.
• Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines.
• Train engineers on film‑property measurement techniques and guide data interpretation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues with limited supervision.
• Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers, and lead functional teams or projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7‑10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or display process engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex technical problems.
