About the role
As a Process Engineer III you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced display and semiconductor technologies. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal R&D teams to solve complex engineering challenges and help bring next‑generation chips to market.
Key responsibilities
- Collect data, analyze results, and compile reports on basic process engineering experiments.
- Perform hardware characterization on basic systems.
- Troubleshoot problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve basic process engineering issues.
- Measure film properties and organize data/reports for review.
- Generate internal documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
- Communicate with customers to resolve basic process engineering concerns under direct supervision.
- Work with vendors and suppliers under direct supervision.
- Become familiar with implementing new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
Required profile
- Doctorate degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with one or more semiconductor processes (CVD, ALD, PVD, etch, epi) and material characterization techniques (FTIR, XPS, XRD, etc.).
- Preferred experience in a semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
- Availability to start full‑time in Winter 2026 (Nov 2026 – Feb 2027).
