Privileging Specialist – Remote

About the role

Sevaro Health is expanding its Medical Staff Services team and seeks a Privileging Specialist to support provider credentialing and documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple workflows in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. This is a fully remote, full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update electronic provider records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Create abbreviated CVs, request COIs, and verify provider registration with state Patient Compensation Funds.
• Coordinate site‑specific training, certifications, and orientations required for privileging.
• Communicate regularly with medical staff professionals at assigned facilities to resolve queries and track progress.
• Prepare and submit complete pre‑applications, reappointments, add/change requests, and enrollment applications, including supporting documentation and licensing updates.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED and 2–3+ years of experience in a similar privileging or credentialing role.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and strong organizational skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
