Private Markets Specialist

About the role

InvestX is seeking two Private Markets Specialists to expand its late‑stage growth and pre‑IPO equity trading platform. Reporting to the Head of Private Markets & CEO, you will act as the primary liaison for OTC participants, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones to drive liquidity and transaction flow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pre‑IPO equity trades on the InvestX platform.
• Grow and maintain a network of qualified counterparties interested in trading pre‑IPO equity.
• Negotiate share transfers and address trading hurdles with private‑equity expertise.
• Identify and pursue new transaction opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Maintain a repository of market data and trade history for efficient reference.
• Present consultative business solutions to counterparties and collaborate with internal teams on partnership strategies.

Required profile

• Established network of institutional or family‑office clients interested in late‑stage growth equities.
• Proven ability to generate order flow and close trades in a performance‑driven environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with InvestX’s culture and long‑term vision.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pre‑IPO equity markets and OTC trading processes.
