Principal Solutions Consultant

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to join its Sales Navigator team in the United States. The role will be based in New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco and follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office days as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive integration awareness and success through account prioritisation, internal enablement and external consulting.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers, the sales team, and product management.
• Provide strategic guidance on customer objectives, challenges, and technology adoption.
• Lead pre‑sales to post‑sales activities, including technical requirement communication, IT and security approvals, testing, problem solving and implementation.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and questionnaires to showcase Sales Navigator capabilities.
• Contribute to best‑practice documentation, marketing‑driven technical content and demo environment setup.
• Provide enhancement insights to Product Management based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product, consulting or enterprise SaaS sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, product management, etc.).
• Proven ability to drive pre‑sales strategies and deliver engaging demonstrations.
• Excellent communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Sales Navigator product portfolio.
• Experience with CRM integrations.
• Understanding of Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Sales Enablement tools.
• Ability to create and manage demo environments.
