Principal - P&C Insurance

About the role

The Principal, P&C Insurance for North America will advise property and casualty insurance client executives—both business and IT—on digital transformation, process reimagination, platform modernization, AI initiatives, and consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client interactions at senior levels, anticipate needs, and build strong relationships.
• Drive delivery of consulting projects, managing teams to complete digital transformation and modernization programs.
• Develop and implement product development, product consolidation, claims management, and distribution strategies across the P&C value chain.
• Conduct business analysis, root‑cause analysis, and design future‑state processes using design‑thinking techniques.
• Mentor and develop consultants, ensuring skill growth and expertise deepening.

Required profile

• Extensive experience advising P&C insurance executives and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Product knowledge across personal, property, and commercial lines (auto, home, renters, condo, commercial property, marine, liability, workers compensation, etc.).
• Familiarity with emerging insurance trends such as AI, embedded insurance, touchless claims, and virtual agents.
• Proven ability to manage client delivery teams and drive projects to completion.
