Primary Care Physician (Internal/Family Medicine)

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join its primary care network in Baton Rouge, LA. The position offers outpatient practice with limited call and strong academic and research opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services across rural, urban, and suburban settings.
• Collaborate with a large subspecialty network and receive systematic support for population health management.
• Participate in academic teaching, research, and potential academic titles.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with dedicated support staff.

Required profile

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified physicians in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Open to recent residency graduates or physicians with clinical experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Baton Rouge and surrounding SE Louisiana communities.
