Pricing & Revenue Lead – ALD

About the role

This position reports to the Pricing Lead or Pricing Manager for MDP/ALD. As a key finance business partner, the candidate will anticipate internal, external, and regulatory business challenges and influence management with critical analysis and sound advice. The role focuses on product pricing and revenue execution from opportunity to recognition, collaborating with cross‑functional teams globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis and revenue execution in partnership with Business Management, Global Product Marketing, and Operations.
• Own strategic financial models, measurement, and execution around value‑capture opportunities.
• Perform deal analysis and recommend product or service improvements to commercial deal structures.
• Conduct sales‑approval analysis to support ASP increase initiatives and align with PDP pricing strategy.
• Drive execution toward Days Sales Outstanding and finished‑goods inventory dwell‑time targets.
• Support BU S&OP demand reviews, scenario planning, and market‑share implications.
• Coordinate across functions to reconcile build plans, bookings, billing, backlog analysis, and market‑share forecasts.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, revenue recognition, and balance‑sheet management.

Required profile

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment or components manufacturing.
• Strong business acumen with proven finance partnering and influencing abilities.
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
