Premium Supervisor - Toyota Pavilion at Concord

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Premium Supervisor for the Toyota Pavilion at Concord. The supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of stand workers in the VIP area, supervises set-up and closing procedures, keeps workstations clean and stocked, and ensures food preparation meets Legends' and the board of health's guidelines. The pay range is $23 to $26 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and oversee or take part in stand set-up and closing, including inventory counts, prep and cleaning.
• Keep workstations clean and well stocked, order replacement stock from runners, and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure staff follow alcohol policies and manage staff so food preparation meets the guidelines of Legends and the board of health.
• Be able to fill any position in the location if needed, and at closing help count ending inventory, clean equipment and organize stock for the next event.
• Work with the customer service department to improve service, input daily event sheets and reports, and handle assigned schedules.
• Perform inventory at assigned locations, maintain a clean, safe work area, and comply with service, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Provide personal service to guests, know the venue layout and the food and beverage menu, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, punctual and dependable, able to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Ability to read and maintain information, perform simple math, speak, read, write and understand English, and maintain good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Able to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the POS system, including voids, credit card issues and closing procedures.
• POS system operation.
