Premium Supervisor - Isleta Amphitheater

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Premium Supervisor for the Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque. The supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of stand workers in the VIP area, supervising set-up and closing procedures, keeping workstations clean and stocked, and ensuring staff follow food and alcohol policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and oversee or take part in stand set-up and closing (counting inventory, prep, cleaning)
• Keep workstations clean and well stocked, order replacement stock from runners, and complete required paperwork accurately
• Ensure employees follow alcohol policies and that food preparation meets Legends and the board of health guidelines
• Be able to fill any position in the location if needed, and help count ending inventory, clean equipment and organize stock at closing
• Work with the customer service department to improve service, input daily event sheets and reports, and handle area schedules
• Perform inventory at assigned locations, maintain a clean, safe work area, and comply with service, inventory and cash control procedures
• Follow and encourage safety policies, report safety incidents through the company's risk management system, and complete safety training

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
• High school diploma; some college preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services

Required skills

• Knowledge of the POS system, including voids, credit card issues and closing procedures
• Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, specials and services
• Knowledge of the venue layout and assigned area
• Ability to read and maintain information, perform simple math, and communicate in English
