Pre‑Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a highly organized Pre‑Litigation Personal Injury (PI) Case Manager to support a growing legal practice. Working remotely on an EST schedule, you will act as the central coordinator for client matters, ensuring smooth progress through the pre‑litigation phase.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date and properly filed documentation for each case.
• Track case progress, follow up on outstanding items, and calendar critical deadlines.
• Gather medical records, supporting documents, and upload them to the firm’s systems.
• Coordinate communication among clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and legal teams.
• Prepare and send letters of representation and conduct client intake.
• Support attorneys with administrative tasks related to pre‑litigation cases.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a legal case manager, preferably in personal injury.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Self‑driven, reliable work ethic and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficient use of a computer with stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
