Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Pre‑Litigation Personal Injury (PI) Case Manager to join our growing legal practice. Working remotely, you will coordinate the pre‑litigation phase of PI cases, ensuring smooth progress and clear communication among clients, attorneys, insurers and medical providers.

Key responsibilities

• Update and file all case documentation accurately.
• Track case progress, follow up on outstanding items, and calendar critical deadlines.
• Gather and upload medical records and supporting documentation into the firm’s systems.
• Manage PI cases during the pre‑litigation phase, coordinating with clients, medical providers, and insurers.
• Prepare and send letters of representation and other client communications.
• Conduct client intake, collect necessary case information, and maintain consistent case status updates.
• Support attorneys with administrative tasks related to case preparation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a legal case manager, with personal injury experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills, reliable work ethic, and ability to multitask.
• Self‑driven, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Professional client service mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a quiet workspace.
