About the role
The Pre Clerk provides essential administrative support at the Sauget service center, handling phone traffic, data entry, and driver paperwork. This full‑time position works evenings, Monday‑Friday, and contributes to smooth dispatch operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route calls on a multi‑line phone system.
- Enter and maintain data, process driver paperwork, and assist dispatchers.
- Perform general office duties and other tasks as requested by management.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
- Dependable, well‑organized, and computer literate.
- Strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
