Practice Operations Manager – Boston

About the role

Amae Health is opening a new high‑acuity mental‑health clinic in Boston and needs a Practice Operations Manager to lead service delivery and operational alignment. Working side‑by‑side with the Clinic Director, you will ensure the clinic runs smoothly from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
• Implement and refine operational processes to support integrated care across psychiatry, therapy, primary care, dietetics, and community health workers.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to align operational metrics with care quality goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Experience managing operations in a healthcare or mental‑health setting.
• Strong understanding of integrated, team‑based care models.
