Power Equipment Operator

About the role

Walmart is seeking a Power Equipment Operator to join its Supply Chain Fashion team in Palestine, TX. In this full‑time position you will operate power equipment to support freight handling activities across receiving, unloading, processing, order‑filling and shipping.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound shipments, unload trailers, and stage products for storage.
• Process orders by moving items to picking locations and preparing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Report equipment issues and assist with routine maintenance.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability, including weekend shifts (5th and 6th weekends).
• Ability to meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
• Commitment to a drug‑free workplace and safety standards.
