Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech (RPSGT or ABSM) – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Polysomnography/Sleep Tech (RPSGT or ABSM) to join our Sleep Lab team in Kingman, Arizona. The position offers a supportive environment with a focus on professional growth and patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sleep studies proficiently, explain procedures to patients and families, and ensure understanding.
• Accurately prepare data for physician interpretation, including scoring of studies.
• Maintain equipment, order supplies, and handle clerical functions such as charting and filing.
• Communicate professionally with physicians, patients, and staff, and assist in training Sleep Lab Tech I trainees.

Required profile

• Minimum two years polysomnography experience with at least one year of scoring.
• High school diploma or equivalent; RPSGT (BRPT) or RST (AASM) credential.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Polysomnography and sleep study scoring.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Equipment maintenance and data preparation for physician interpretation.
