PMO/Program Management Manager – Commercial Technology & Innovation

About the role

As a PMO/Program Management Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will lead and coordinate multiple projects to align with organisational goals and drive strategic business outcomes within our Advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Lead project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Guide teams through program planning and execution, ensuring successful delivery.
• Utilise analytical thinking and project management software to enhance integration.
• Develop and implement continuous process improvements for program capacity building.
• Manage stakeholder communications and engagement to maintain alignment.
• Conduct program reviews and status reporting to track progress and address challenges.
• Mentor team members, leverage strengths and enhance performance.
• Address conflicts and conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in line with the firm’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or Law.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and continuous‑process‑improvement mindset.
• Experience in program capacity building and scope management.
• Ability to lead budgeting and integration efforts.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Project Management Software.
