Plumbing Field Supervisor

About the role

Seaside Plumbing is seeking a Field Supervisor to serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field, providing real‑time coaching and ensuring consistent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support technicians with technical execution, pricing, and customer experience.
• Conduct weekly ride‑alongs and virtual coaching sessions.
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Handle field escalations and maintain pricing consistency.
• Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow‑through.
• Act as Manager on Duty on a rotating Saturday schedule.
• Set daily tone through communication and leadership.
• Mentor apprentices and technicians in skill development.

Required profile

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Lead by example with high standards.
• Reliable, consistent, and accountable.
• Desire to develop stronger leadership abilities.
