PLM Managed Services Lead

About the role

Infosys is seeking a PLM Managed Services Lead to head enterprise PLM support operations across the United States. The role will drive service excellence, ensure SLA compliance, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver business value through PLM platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage global delivery teams that support enterprise PLM platforms.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Ensure service governance, SLA/KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational efficiency, automation, and support transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct regular service reviews and provide leadership reporting on performance.
• Manage resource planning, capacity, and support governance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience per year of education).
• 10+ years leading Managed Services or Application Management Services organizations.
• Proven experience managing global PLM support teams in multi‑vendor environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, customer‑focused settings.

Required skills

• Expertise in PLM platforms such as Agile PLM, Windchill, or Teamcenter.
• ITIL‑based service management practices.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.
• PLM integrations with ERP, MES, CAD and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern enterprise architecture.
• Managing geographically distributed and offshore delivery models.
