PLM Business Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a PLM Business Systems Analyst to join Saronic Technologies’ Enterprise Technology team in Austin. In this role you will bridge engineering, manufacturing, supply‑chain and quality groups with our PLM platform, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined and delivered without disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather, document and translate business requirements, functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria for PLM processes such as EBOM/MBOM, engineering change and CAD data management.
• Act as the in‑house functional expert for Teamcenter, advising on best‑practice configurations and mitigating technical debt.
• Manage multiple PLM initiatives simultaneously, tracking actions, deadlines and dependencies while providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate delivery across Teamcenter and connected systems (CAD, ERP, MES, requirements‑management tools), ensuring scope, dependencies and integration points are understood.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with proven experience implementing or supporting Teamcenter or a comparable PLM system in an advanced manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project setting while maintaining high quality.
• Effective communicator who can serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
