Platform Engineer – Build Scalable CI/CD & AI‑Native Tooling

About the role

Console is building AI agents that automate enterprise operations. As a Platform Engineer you will create the internal systems that accelerate development, ensure safe releases, and support the company’s AI‑native product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the internal platform, including build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows.
• Improve build speed, test reliability, and deployment safety across the engineering organization.
• Design and operate verification environments that simulate customer‑like scenarios before production.
• Develop AI‑native tooling for automated development, bug triage, validation, and release management.
• Create reusable product primitives and architecture patterns to enable rapid addition of new agent capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to shape a modern, autonomous development organization.
