About the role
Oceaneering Marine Services Division (MSD) provides full-service submarine and surface ship repairs for commercial and U.S. military vessels. The company seeks an experienced Pipefitter III to perform high‑consequence maintenance on shipboard piping systems and mentor junior craftsmen.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all pipefitting work without supervision.
- Mentor junior craftsmen.
- Set up, align, and operate portable and hand tools.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of shipboard piping systems.
Required profile
- High School/GED with Apprenticeship Diploma or vocational/technical training.
- Military or civilian experience with marine piping systems in a repair department or shipyard.
- Ability to obtain government base access.
