About the role

Chattahoochee Technical College seeks a qualified Physics Adjunct Instructor to teach undergraduate physics courses for the Fall 2026 semester. This part‑time, semester‑based position will be located on the Marietta or North Metro Campus and may include day or evening classes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lecture material, labs, and assignments for assigned physics courses.
• Assess student performance through exams, quizzes, and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and course documentation.
• Provide office hours and academic support to students.
• Collaborate with department faculty on curriculum development and course scheduling.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Physics with at least 18 graduate semester hours in physics coursework.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic computer literacy for course management and grading.

Required skills

• Proficiency in physics concepts and laboratory techniques.
