Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Internal Medicine

About the role

At Duly Health and Care in Lombard, Illinois, we are seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – either a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – to join our Internal Medicine team. You will deliver patient‑centered care with autonomy, collaborate closely with Dr. Susan Bardolph and a network of over 1,600 Duly providers, and contribute to innovative solutions that advance healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine services to patients, forming trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams across more than 1,600 Duly providers.
• Utilize Duly’s extensive resources, including imaging, laboratory, and therapy services, to deliver high‑quality care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and innovative care initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program (Master’s degree).
• Current Illinois licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Previous experience in Internal Medicine or a similar setting preferred.
