Physical Therapist – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Richmond, TX. The PT will deliver play‑based therapy to children, helping them achieve functional milestones in a supportive, clinician‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients.
• Use play‑based activities to make therapy engaging and effective.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and clinic staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress.

Required profile

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) certification.
• Active Texas PT license.
• Passion for working with children and delivering fun, effective therapy.

Required skills

• Physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and move frequently throughout the day.
